Local delivery & customer pickup

Choose customer pickup at checkout for no delivery charge, or calculate local delivery from our Lilburn studio. Delivery is available up to 55 driving miles; destinations beyond that radius are not eligible for delivery.

• 0–7 miles: $25
• 7.01–12 miles: $35
• 12.01–17 miles: $40
• 17.01–21 miles: $45
• 21.01–26 miles: $50
• 26.01–30 miles: $55
• 30.01–35 miles: $60
• 35.01–39 miles: $65
• 39.01–45 miles: $75
• 45.01–55 miles: $85

Select a preferred pickup or delivery date and window at checkout. Regular local delivery and pickup dates begin three days from today, Nationwide Shipping dates begin six days from today, and next-day scheduling is available only when every item is from the Next-Day Delivery category. All dates remain subject to availability.

Caring for your flowers

• Place flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.
• Use a clean vase and refresh the water daily.
• Trim stems at an angle and remove any foliage below the waterline.
• For boxed or specialty arrangements, follow the care instructions included with your flowers.

When is my order confirmed?

Your order is confirmed after payment has been received. An order awaiting payment is not a completed purchase.

How do I check my order?

Visit your account to view orders placed while signed in, or send us your order number.

Help with an order

If something is not right, contact the studio with your order number and a description of the issue. For a change or cancellation request, contact us as soon as possible so we can check the order’s preparation and delivery status.
