Orders and inquiries

Checkout collects your name, email, phone number, selected fulfillment method, delivery address when delivery is selected, requested time, gift note, and purchase consent. These details are sent to our store to prepare and manage your order. We retain a consent record with the order number, timestamp, and connection address.

Contact, event, and subscription requests are saved with the details you submit so the studio can follow up. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

Payment

Card information is entered into Square’s secure card fields and handled by Square. This custom storefront does not collect or store card numbers.

For Zelle payments we collect and privately store your payment screenshot so the studio can verify your transfer. Upload only the payment confirmation; hide unrelated account balances and transactions. Administrators receive a private link to this proof with the order details.

Browser storage

Your browser stores your shopping bag so it remains available when you return. A session cookie supports checkout security and access to your recent order. Clearing browser storage removes your saved bag.

Other services

Your delivery address is sent to Google Maps to calculate driving distance and delivery charges. Product images are served from our store. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Links to Instagram, the store account, and payment pages open those services, which have their own privacy practices.
